Gear Policies and Procedures
Gear can be checked out after a meeting, and should be returned and checked in before a meeting. Please return your gear promptly so that other members may use it. Our gear guys are trained in combat, torture, and jedi mind tricks, and they will extract overdue gear by any means necessary. Beginner trips have priority over gear.

If you know the gear you'll need this week, you can expedite the process by letting the gear guys know in advance using the form below. Just write what kind of gear you'll need, and they'll try to have it ready for you at check-out time.

POC Gear Inventory
The club owns over $30,000 of equipment for its members to use. All gear is available on a first come/first serve basis. Equipment checkout is limited only by availability (and in the case of caving and climbing equipment, demonstration of the knowledge to use it safely). We are continually adding new items to our inventory, so if you have a suggestion for a gear purchase, let the equipment chairperson know!
